1. Check that the output wiring of the welder is standardized and firm, and the direction of the output line is close to vertical downward, and the angle with the horizontal must be greater than 70°.
2. Check the tightness of the screw at the cable connection, the screw specification is hexagonal bolt M10×30, the flat pad and spring pad are complete, and there is no rust and oxidation and other bad phenomena.
3. Check that the exposed length of the cable at the junction is less than 10mm.
4. Check the grounding of the welding machine housing.
5. Check the welding machine power supply, the mother material grounding is good and standard.
6. Check that the cable connection is reliably insulated and well wrapped with tape.
7. Check whether the power cord, welding cable and the screen shield at the junction of the welding machine are in good condition.
8. The welding machine cooling fan rotation is flexible and normal.
9. Whether the power switch, power indicator and adjusting handle knob are intact, the ammeter and voltmeter are flexible and accurate, and the surface is clear without cracks. The meter cover is intact and the switch is free.
10. Check whether there is any leakage of CO2 gas.
11. Check whether the appearance of the welding machine is good and no serious deformation.
12. Check whether the hexagonal screw is tightened at the connection between the CO2 welding gun and the CO2 wire feeding device, and whether the CO2 welding gun is loose.
13.Check whether the cable and gas pipe of CO2 wire feeding device are wrapped and fixed.
14.Check the CO2 wire feeding device correction wheel and wire feeding wheel are worn and replaced in time.
15. Check whether the motor is fixed and insulated.
16.Check the looseness of the remote control box on the CO2 wire feeding device.
17. Check the installation of the CO2 welding gun, tighten the gun switch plug should be aligned with the guide slot inserted, the gun is installed, the fastening screws to tighten.
18. welding pliers are not damaged, whether the upper and lower shells are loose affecting insulation, whether the shell fastening screws are loose, and the cable is firmly connected to good electrical conductivity
19. Whether the welding machine wheel is complete and flexible rotation.
20. Thoroughly clean the equipment surface oil once a week.
21. Every six months, use compressed air (without moisture) to remove the dust inside the welding machine (be sure to cut off the power before cleaning). In removing the dust, the upper and both sides of the plate should be removed, and then blow from the top down in order, attached grease class with a cloth to wipe clean.
22. Maintenance items are undertaken by the operator.
